- Accuracy of Information: We attempt to display product colors, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other content are error-free.
- Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or decline any order for any reason prior to shipment or local fulfillment.
5. PAYMENT, SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers integrated with our host, Lightspeed eCom. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- Shipping & Delivery: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Spoke Easy SF is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- In-Store / Local Pickup: Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within 14 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
6. LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES & WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spoke Easy SF, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

- Any bicycle equipment failures, injuries, or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from our store, except where mandated by law.
- Any interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access to our storefront servers operated via Lightspeed eCom.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
- Manufacturer Warranties: Standard individual components, complete stock bicycles, and accessories are covered solely by their respective manufacturer’s limited warranties. Spoke Easy SF will assist customers with processing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
- General Disclaimer: Except for applicable manufacturer warranties and explicit Spoke Easy SF custom build/merchandise warranties, all products and services are provided "as is" without additional express or implied warranties.
7. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or cancel pending orders immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Provisions regarding Copyright, Liabilities, Legal Disputes, and Ownership shall survive any termination.
